Laboratorium ini ditujukan untuk penetapan standarisasi spesifik dan non spesifik dari simplisia maupun produk-produk hayati dalam bidang kefarmasian, metabolit primer dan metabolit sekunder hasil metabolism tumbuhan, cara ekstraksi simplisia dan isolasi bahan alami beserta identifikasi hasil isolasinya. praktikum yang diselenggarakan di Laboratorium Fitokimia adalah Praktikum Fitokimia.
